What is the main goal for this project?

Project Summary:


The main goal of this project is to create a mock help desk support center with documentation for common issues. Participants will respond to simulated tickets and create a searchable knowledge base.



What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Deliverables:

  • Ticketing system setup and resolution log (e.g., using free tools like Spiceworks or Freshdesk)
  • SOPs for hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Internal knowledge base or FAQ guide for new IT hires


How will you support learners in completing the project?


  • Access to Resources: Provide learners with access to relevant IT support systems, documentation, and tools necessary.
