In order to be placed with a particular company students will apply (write a German style job application, conduct job interviews) and undergo a “trainee program” to learn office and customer communication. In the second half of the semester, students will work in small groups on projects for the companies. At the end of the semester the projects will be presented in written and oral format. The common goal of the projects is to develop or realize sustainability goals for the respective companies. This could be a marketing campaign, internal communication, product placement or anything else related to the company's needs. We will cooperate with Prof. Daniel Fischer for expertise on sustainability related topics and projects.

- Presentation: Live presentation with slides
- Portfolio: Summary of findings, recommendations and new project suggestions
The whole project will be conducted in German, English will only be used in exceptional cases, for clarifications etc.
