Requirements

The students will work any HRM-focused engagement that involves the full process of consulting, except for implementation. The students have excellent research and analysis skills as they are graduate students focussing on industrial relations and human resources.

In the past, students have performed a detailed examination of key policies and developed revised policies. In another case, students studied an organization's compensation system and provided valuable input about job classifications.
