I had the pleasure of working with Michelle on the development of our (MVP) web app, starting from the very first lines of code. She quickly became an integral part of the team, not only because of her technical skills, but also because of her collaborative spirit and eagerness to grow. She communicated effectively with our back-end developers, and sought feedback proactively—both from me and her teammates—which accelerated her professional development.
