    Mathura demonstrated perseverance in completing the project, even when faced with challenges. She managed to meet the requirements and followed through on tasks assigned to her.

    While she completed assigned tasks, there were missed opportunities for deeper engagement with stakeholders due to inconsistent participation in meetings.

    Mathura completed the project but required significant follow-ups and reminders to meet deadlines. Going forward, developing stronger time management and accountability skills will be crucial, as future roles may require more independence in meeting deliverables without additional prompting.

    During her time with us, Mathura gained experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consulting. She contributed to developing facilitation guides and had the opportunity to engage with stakeholders. As she continues to grow professionally, I look forward to seeing her further develop her skills and take on new challenges.

    Mathura delivered the expected results, however she missed several meetings (without warning) and therefore required several additional explanations to get the work done.
