Didnt feel like i was fully notified on the purpose of certain assigned deliverables but that isnt much of a problem. I've worked with a number of companies and its so infuriating when the employer is both picky and indescisive yet does not know what they want and expects you to be a mind reader-- i can say the CEO of this company is NONE OF THOSE THINGS, he was one of the most easygoing and lenient people ive ever worked for/with as a designer, i didnt even care so much that i was confused by the purpose of the task because of how wonderfully descriptive he was about WHAT i needed to do, it made things so straightforward and i never felt shot down by him, all criticisms were completely constructive and immediately applicable.
