Anahana is an amazing start-up. The writing project afforded me the independence to research and learn about specific topics while having enough structure to ensure that I met the targets and structured my work to fit Anahana's aesthetics and tone. Working with both CJ and Meriah, provided me with the opportunity to learn more about a side of health and wellness I had not previously explored and to pick their brains for methods of implementing breathing techniques into my life.
