Details

The Siraj Institute Charitable Foundation is seeking innovative rebranding suggestions to establish a unique and distinctive identity while maintaining a strong affiliation with the Siraj Institute. The goal is to create a brand that resonates with the foundation's mission and values, appealing to potential donors, partners, and beneficiaries. Students will analyze the current branding elements and explore creative strategies to differentiate the foundation in the charitable sector. This project offers an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge of marketing, branding, and design principles in a real-world context. The project will involve researching successful rebranding case studies, understanding the foundation's target audience, and developing a cohesive brand strategy that includes visual and verbal elements.

Deliverables

Students will deliver two submissions:

1. First: a document with 3 case studies of organizations that have a charitable foundation (e.g. Tim Hortons and Tim Hortons Foundation), how their branding is built.

2. A presentation of a rebranding proposal for the Siraj Institute Charitable Foundation. This will include some visual identity concepts (such as logos and color schemes), and a brand messaging framework.

Additionally, students will present their findings and recommendations in a professional presentation format, showcasing their ability to communicate branding concepts effectively. The deliverables should reflect a clear understanding of the foundation's mission and its connection to the Siraj Institute.
