Project Deliverables:


1.Market Analysis:

  • Conduct research on the demand for small & medium enterprises (SME) airport, ground service providers & airline professional training in North America.
  • Identify target demographics, such as individuals seeking a career in airport operations or upskilling opportunities.
  • Assess competitors and their marketing approaches.


2.Branding & Messaging:

  • Refine the company’s value proposition to emphasize its focus on airport- ground specific training in: operational, environmental, Safety Management (SMS) & leadership excellence specifically.
  • Create messaging that highlights the benefits of a career in airport operations and the company’s role in preparing students for success.


 3.Marketing Plan:

  • Social Media Marketing: Develop a content calendar with posts showcasing industry insights, career opportunities in airport roles, and student testimonials.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize the company’s website for search terms like “airport training Toronto” or “aviation operations training.”
  • Paid  & Free Advertising: Design a targeted advertising campaign for platforms such as LinkedIn, Bluesky, Instagram &  Facebook.
  • Partnerships: Identify partnerships with local community colleges &/or universities, employment agencies, SME airport authorities & Indigenous Communities.


4.Creative Content:

  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and flyers tailored for potential students and partners both electronic & physical.
  • Produce sample social media content and ads featuring key aspects of the training programs and career pathways.


5.Performance Metrics:

  • Develop recommendations for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing success, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and program inquiries.
