We would like students to help us implement an automation script bulk ingest CSV files to Amazon Dynamo DB.

We are working on developing our prototype and will be ready to pilot our product by August. To complete the launch of our product, one of the task we need is to find a way to import menu into our database. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

  • be familiar with Amazon Dynamo DB, S3, CloudFormation
  • can write AWS Lambda functions
  • implement an automation script bulk ingest CSV files to Amazon Dynamo DB

Deliverables

Candidate will need to write AWS Lamda functions to automate bulk ingestion of CSV files to Amazon Dynamo DB

Mentorship

I have experience mentoring and working with post-secondary students who have been placed under myself during their co-op terms in the past.

For this particular project, I will be working very closely with the student. I have a fairly flexible schedule. I will make myself available for supervision and mentorship up to four hours each week. If further assistance is required, I will definitely make time for the student.
