Details

Welloga seeks to enhance its competitive edge by understanding the landscape of global workplace wellness programs. The project involves conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to identify and compare the top 10–20 wellness provider companies or programs worldwide. These programs should encompass a holistic approach to wellness, covering mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, environmental, and social aspects. The research will focus on services offered, such as yoga, fitness, and leadership training, as well as pricing, delivery models, and customization levels. The goal is to provide Welloga with valuable insights that will strengthen its positioning in sales calls by highlighting how its offerings compare to global competitors. This project is ideal for students with strong research, analysis, and presentation skills, allowing them to apply classroom knowledge to a real-world business challenge.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed report and a presentation. The report should provide a comprehensive analysis of the top 10–20 global wellness programs, including service offerings, pricing, delivery models, and customization levels. The presentation should summarize the key findings and offer strategic insights on how Welloga can leverage this information to enhance its market positioning. Both deliverables should be clear, concise, and well-organized, demonstrating the student's ability to conduct thorough research and present actionable insights.
