We're the Uber of Dry Cleaning that picks up your dry cleaning conveniently from your home or office and deliveries it directly back to you, with a simple touch of our app or click on our website.
That’s where Exclusive Dry Cleaners comes in with on-demand dry cleaning. It is simple - You set up the order online or on our app. We pick your dry cleaning up for your home or work and the items come back delivered to you. We are first in Canada to market this disruptive service to challenge the way dry cleaning is currently done. Now that is the MOST convenient way to do dry cleaning!
We currently have an internal website that we use communicate to our external customers. The internal website uses two primary third-party apps - Twilio (https://www.twilio.com/) that allows us to communicate and engage customers and Stripe (https://stripe.com/en-ca) that provides fully-encrypted credit card payments on our orders.
We would like to work with students to develop a updated versions of this application for us.
Students should be prepared to:
- Create automated links from SMS and emails messages to allow users to update/view their order within their account
- Create buttons to send payment reminder, pickup/delivery reminder and payment update reminder within internal site to trigger automated links
- Resolve/fix any current bugs within the internal PHP website functionality

Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.

About the company
EDC is a mobile app company that is looking to develop viable applications for consumers and companies. We are currently developing various applications for different industries. Most recently, we have successfully launched a computer and mobile app developed for the dry cleaning industries that picks up and delivers dry cleaning directly to your home or office.
