The primary focus for the student will be:

  • Strategy - Assist where necessary.
  • Operations - Recommend or execute on process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes.
  • Marketing - Assist where necessary
  • Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure.


*NOTICE*

Nerve Strategic is seeking long term employment as an assistant to the Chief Operations Officer. Our goal is to use this program to find an individual who fits well within our company. Those closer to graduation are preferred as Nerve is seeking this help ASAP.

Deliverables

Our goal at the end of this experience is: (Indicate deliverables)

  • Strategy - For the student(s) to help us capture increased market share; for the student(s) to help us capture new revenue streams; for the student(s) to help us secure new funding.
  • Operations - For the student(s) to help us implement more efficient and effective processes that maximize employee performance/customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing - For the student(s) to help us reach more customers, effectively promote our brand, mission, and story.
  • Sales - For the student(s) to help us roll-out better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales.
  • Talent - For the student(s) to help us build and maintain a productive, diverse, and engaged team.

Other duties the student may complete could include:

  • any and all administrative tasks that arise day to day.
Mentorship
Skills, knowledge and expertise

Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.

Hands-on support

Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.

Tools and/or resources

Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.

Regular meetings

Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
