The project seeks to leverage the latest AI technology to create content that is both accurate and accessible. The goal is to produce videos that demystify EV technology, address common misconceptions, and highlight the benefits of transitioning to electric vehicles. This project provides learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of video production, AI applications, and digital marketing strategies. The team will work closely with ARA staff to ensure the content aligns with the organization's educational objectives and brand voice. The project is designed to be completed within 80 hours, focusing on a cohesive set of tasks that include research, scripting, filming, and editing.
The project deliverables include a series of three to five educational videos, each ranging from 3 to 5 minutes in length. The videos should effectively communicate key information about electric vehicles, utilizing AI technology to enhance viewer engagement and understanding. Additionally, the team will provide a brief report summarizing the research and production process, along with recommendations for future video topics and improvements.

About the company
Established in 1951, the Automotive Retailers Association (ARA) represents eight different automotive services industry sub-sectors.
The ARA core competencies include:
Industry advocacy and leadership;
Industry knowledge and research; and,
Business development and training.
Throughout its 70-year history, the ARA has actively championed industry through many business development projects including labour attraction and retention programs, industry standards and certification programs, health and safety, and training programs including partners such as WorkSafeBC, RoadSafetyBC, ICBC, and many other government and non-government organizations.
In 1996, the ARA developed North America’s first environmental certification program for automotive recyclers. Its most recent program is EVfreindly, a program designed to help grow the electric vehicle market in Canada.
