Your insights will help us analyze our potential to leverage process and systemization for business operations and to identify and draw helpful insights.

From this analysis, we hope to not only help students to gain real world experience but to improve our processes, implement and test solutions created from your insights on our global eCommerce platform. These insights will be directly related to business outcomes. This project is one that will allow students real time experience in live market situations and to implement and test their contributions.

Here are some of the topics we’d like students to explore throughout this project:

• Learn cloud based process and systemization tools and how it applies to our initiative.
• Design develop and Improve operational systemization across multiple departments
• Identify trends and potential predictive strategies that will improve business operations
• Develop more effective methodologies, templates, reporting models based on your findings

Students receive mentorship from C-Level employees and company own 2 x 1 hr per week

Student teams are provided with a cloud based project management solution to streamline communications and get quick answers to questions

Students / teams will work directly to implement solutions that have been approved by mgmnt.
