Details

Our company provides regular training for clinic employees. We would like to collaborate with a student to examine our company’s training program and organize training and development as the program has just been updated.

Tasks may involve:

Familiarizing themselves with our company’s training programs and their objectives, templates, and implementations.

Analyzing data from clinic employee interviews and surveys regarding training.

Identifying topics of future training such as those related to new employee training, new product training, security & regulatory procedure training or sexual harassment training.

Recommending next steps for improving our company’s training programs.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

Understanding of manufacturer training program and objective

Understanding of clinic employee perspectives on our training program

Identification of areas for future training

Recommendations for improvements in training

Bonus steps would include:

Final deliverables should include a final report and updated training website and dropbox for trainees.
