The objective is to support Quadromed’s entry into the U.S. digital health market by optimizing our CRM (Zoho), automating key workflows, and building a clear and engaging digital marketing presence. The intern will work on system integrations, CRM-driven outreach, and help deploy scalable automation using APIs and AI tools (Zia, workflows, MCP logic).
Students are expected to:
- Audit and optimize our Zoho CRM, including deal stages, related tasks, and email integration
- Create and automate email flows for prospects linked to their deal stage and activity
- Set up Zoho Writer templates and auto-document generation for quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Integrate calendar, tasks, and email activity using available APIs and system configurations
- Explore Zia AI suggestions and help implement best-practice automation logic
- Collaborate on a website update to clearly segment Canadian vs. U.S. offerings
- Build and track LinkedIn/email campaigns, including performance dashboards
- Design lead capture forms and integrate them into our CRM
- Produce collateral (one-pagers, landing page content) tailored to U.S. healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:
- Optimize Zoho CRM: tags, email flows, deals, and automations
- Integrate email accounts to automatically track and relate communications to deals/tasks
- Help implement Zia AI insights and system-generated next-step recommendations
- Build workflows and API/MCP automations connecting related tasks, meetings, and documents
- Collaborate on a website refresh to support segmented messaging (U.S. vs. Canada)
- Create engaging email and LinkedIn content for outreach
- Set up lead capture forms and CRM triggers
- Track marketing performance and report on campaign effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Student in Marketing, Business Tech, or Computer Science
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar systems
- Experience with workflow automation or interest in AI/ML integrations
- Basic knowledge of website builders (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
- Able to write clear, punchy B2B content
- Passionate about healthcare innovation and startup growth

Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
