Details

During this project, students will:

  • Design and implement AI automation workflows for at least one of the business functions.
  • Develop a basic prototype or automation tool to demonstrate the AI agent’s capabilities.
  • Test and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usability, and security.
  • Provide documentation outlining their design process, methodologies, and recommendations for further development.
Deliverables

Milestone 1: Research & Planning (Week 1-2)

  • Identify use cases for automation (Social Media, Funding Research, or Partnership Management).
  • Research existing AI models and automation tools applicable to the assigned task.
  • Develop an initial project plan outlining the AI workflow.

Milestone 2: Prototype Development (Week 3-4)

  • Implement a functional AI-powered prototype for the assigned automation task.
  • Test the AI agent’s performance using sample datasets or real-world business inputs.
  • Iterate based on findings and feedback.

Milestone 3: Final Testing, Documentation & Presentation (Week 5-6)

  • Finalize the AI agent, ensuring usability and security.
  • Prepare a user guide and technical documentation outlining the AI model, implementation process, and recommendations.
  • Present the final results and submit all deliverables for review.

Tools and/or resources

Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.

Regular meetings

Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
