Door Insight, a real estate data analysis company specializing in rental data, seeks to enhance its marketing strategy by developing engaging content that resonates with its target audience. The project aims to attract potential clients with interesting and creative content.


Students will apply their marketing knowledge to create a content strategy that effectively communicates the value of Door Insight's products and grow its followers. The project will involve analyzing current market trends, identifying key audience segments, brainstorming innovative content ideas that align with the company's brand and objectives and creating real world content.


By focusing on rental data, students will gain practical experience in transforming analytical insights into compelling narratives.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a comprehensive content strategy document outlining proposed content types, target audience profiles, and distribution channels. Additionally, students will create actual content for the company to A/B test, such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media updates. The deliverables will also include a presentation summarizing the strategy and key findings, providing Door Insight Inc. with actionable real world content to enhance their marketing efforts.
