Hospice Palliative Care Ontario has recently initiated work on our Strategic Plan 2020-2023. In conjunction with this Plan, we would like to review the skills needed to achieve our strategy against the existing skill sets within the organization. We have an opportunity for a student/team of students to develop a Capability Gap Assessment for our not-for-profit organization.
The project scope is scalable and can include:
- Develop a process and approach to conduct a Capability Gap Assessment that has been customized to our organization
OR
- Develop and implement a process and approach to conduct a Capability Gap Assessment that has been customized to our organization
- Develop a plan to achieve the required skill set
About the company
Hospice Palliative Care Ontario’s mission is to provide leadership on behalf of our members by informing policy and promoting awareness, education, knowledge transfer and best practices in the pursuit of quality hospice palliative care in Ontario.
What We Do
-Encourage, develop, support, and provide leadership and guidance in the field of, hospice palliative care in Ontario
-Promote the development and/or expansion of hospice palliative care services in Ontario
-Promote research in the field of hospice palliative care
-Promote education pertaining to hospice palliative care services for health professionals, volunteers and the general public
