Sales and Process Optimization for an Electric Vehicle Project
We develop all-electric, autonomous transit systems for private applications. We would love to take your help in the sale of one of our finest products for commuting. Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations as well as new training materials. Based on research and best practices you will develop new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with potential customers and examining our current sales scripts. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies for the Canadian market. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Update Customer Relationship Management system.
GNSS / GPS Navigation Algorithm development
To expand our product offerings, we need help in supporting an algorithm development project. We need support in the data handling and navigation part of the GNSS / GPS (Global Navigation Satellite System / Global Positioning System) development. This project requires the students to identify the position obtained from the GPS / GNSS data from the data obtained from the GPS receiver. Work mainly entails the understanding of navigation data.
Workshop Event Planning
Our organization is committed to serving our target population. We are currently collaborating with overseas players and updating our workshop content keeping in mind the Canadian context. We would like to collaborate with students to plan a series of workshops to help meet our goals, starting in February on key STEM topics such as robotics and space systems. The workshops will be focused on post-secondary students. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals. Estimating and establishing the budget of the workshop. Creating a plan of action and a detailed breakdown of tasks for volunteers to complete at the event. Review the format and duration of the workshop and suggest any changes Assisting in marketing and promoting our event. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending improvements for future workshops.
A.I. Product Management
Our company works on high-end AI and robotics applications. We use an app to provide one of the key features relevant to the customer. We would like to collaborate with students to help build the app. This will help us to begin evaluating the app side of the product, in the market. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with products and services. Identifying features that should be included into our app. Implementing and documenting changes. Recommending areas for future app improvement and integration.
