Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for leading sale initiatives including executing a sales and retail strategy to drive business growth while improving our customer experience. You will be supporting and reporting to the owner, Flavia Zhamo. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful. Who you are You are a digital native that is passionate about skincare, community building, and e-commerce. You have experience in working in retail environments (online and offline) and growing social channels. You are comfortable using Google Analytics, Instagram/Facebook Ads and/or Shopify. You care about providing a positive customer experience and genuinely empathize with our clients. You are comfortable working with limited oversight and have good judgment.
Marketing Cordinator
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading promotional initiatives, executing a social strategy to drive business growth, and improving customer experience. Analyzing Industry Data
Our organization is ready to make some business changes but we know that we need to assess the correct data to help inform our decisions. We believe we know a lot about our consumers and our target consumer base. By analyzing our customer data, we have historically been able to anticipate trends in buying behaviours, sales targets, etc. We need to look beyond the buyer and examine our industry before we make any further business moves. Through a deep dive of our industry/market, we hope to identify key market trends to assist in our go-forward plans. We want to look at growth trends, stagnation patterns or decline analytics, for example. It is important for us to know where the most promising innovation exists or which areas are slowing down. We believe that there is enough industry data available to complete a study of our sector. It would be extremely helpful for a student group to look at our industry, identify key trends of growth, stagnation and decline. We are open to all information that seems appropriate and valuable. Using these findings, we would like a detailed and researched report on the market trends that will mean the most to the future of our business.
Strategic Customer Segmentation Analysis
We would like to enhance our marketing campaigns through re-evaluating our customer segmentation. We would like to implement cutting edge technology to analyze our customer segmentation, relative to each of our products and services. From the analysis, we hope to gain insights that will enhance our strategy and help us refocus our product/service marketing. We believe this project scope will include: Analyzing data sets using advanced technologies. Identifying trends and establishing correlations. Creating predictive models. Submitting recommendations based on the analysis.
