Targeted Digital Content Creation

The objective will be to create content for PE Real Estate Solutions, including video and posts for Facebook, Kijiji, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what messaging and audiences we are targeting. We have established targeted audiences with specific demographics and profiling, we will help students to understand each of the sectors. Property Zoning Analysis - Southern Ontario

Create a zoning report, identifying development potential for areas in Southern Ontario Area. Collecting data from each municipality on the entitlements, site plans, variances, conditional use/special exceptions on different zoning projects. We are based in Windsor, Ontario and this office based position and we would prefer someone to come into our offices to work with our in-house team.
