Grant Proposal Research & Development - Social Innovation Policy
We are currently looking for an intern to support us in writing various grant applications. This would require identifying a targeted list of applications relevant to social innovation, international development and social entrepreneurship. Targeting the most viable opportunities with the aim of securing funding for us as well as accessing events and speaking engagements.
Team Coordination & Support for Funding Application - Digital Health Sector
The selected individual will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing meetings, coordinating team efforts, identifying funding opportunities, and driving key conversations with partners. This project aims to secure funding through a targeted application process, with a submission deadline in April. This role will be essential in keeping the team on track and ensuring a seamless and well-organized funding application process. Key Responsibilities: Meeting Coordination & Accountability: Schedule and set up meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are invited. Take comprehensive notes during meetings and track action items. Follow up with team members to ensure tasks and commitments are completed in a timely manner. Funding Opportunity Research & Management: Identify and analyze relevant funding opportunities. Gather key requirements and deadlines for targeted funding applications. Manage the preparation and submission of the funding application. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Facilitate discussions with partners to gather essential input and align objectives. Communicate key updates and deadlines to the team. Ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities among stakeholders to streamline the application process. Requirements & Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in grant writing or funding applications. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Research skills to identify relevant funding opportunities. Ability to track and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in document preparation and project coordination. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in application submission. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and partners.
Research Assistant - Social Impact Initiative
The Intergenerational Connection Initiative aims to explore and enhance the interactions between younger and older generations. This project focuses on fostering meaningful cross-generational connections to promote mutual learning and combat social isolation. The goal is to create a sustainable model for intergenerational programs that can be replicated in various communities, ultimately enriching the lives of all participants involved.
Development of a White Paper - Refugee and Social Policy
We require research support for our white paper. Specifically with a focus on research management and organization. This paper will be widely published therefore the selected individual must have a high level of rigor, research and writing skills. This is a great opportunity for a student(s) with a political science, writing, business management, international relations and/or law background to be a part of a meaningful and impactful piece of work.
