We're looking for innovative ways to increase out employee retention. Specifically we're looking at strategies for the best ways to increase retention in warehouse and junior positions. We are open to any creative ideas and out of the box thinking to improve our processes.

Project tasks can include but are not limited to:

  • Hiring and retention best practices
  • Market research into different strategies in employee retention
  • Compare retention at competing firms
