Environmental Software Quality Assurance Testing

Standard Carbon Inc. is developing cutting-edge environmental software aimed at enhancing sustainability practices. The software is currently in the development phase and requires thorough Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure its reliability and effectiveness. The project involves a team of learners who will apply their classroom knowledge of software testing methodologies to conduct comprehensive testing of the software. Learners will log in to the software via a web browser and perform a series of predefined tests to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks. The goal is to ensure the software meets the high standards expected by Standard Carbon Inc. and its stakeholders. This project provides an opportunity for learners to gain hands-on experience in software testing within the environmental technology sector.

Playmi App Ticketing Integration

Playmi Inc. aims to enhance the user experience of the Playmi app by embedding a ticketing feature. The goal is to allow users to seamlessly purchase tickets for live events directly within the app. This project involves integrating a ticketing system that aligns with the app's existing architecture and user interface. The team will need to identify optimal locations within the app to place Call-to-Actions (CTAs) related to ticket purchases, ensuring they are contextually relevant to the artists or songs being featured. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of app development, user interface design, and system integration. The tasks will include researching existing ticketing APIs, designing the user flow for ticket purchases, and implementing the feature within the app. The project is designed to be completed by a team of learners from a software development program.
