As an Operations & Project Management Intern at Venture for Canada, I coordinated with stakeholders to establish clear project objectives and effective communication channels, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. I proactively identified project risks and implemented mitigation strategies to minimize delays and enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, I contributed to fostering a positive team culture by recognizing individual contributions, which helped boost morale and encourage collaboration and innovation.

I have meticulously analyzed key performance metrics from employee data, uncovering trends in performance evaluation, workplace culture perceptions, remote work satisfaction, and employee relocation preferences. Utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau, these insights will inform strategic workforce planning and drive operational improvements.

I am collaborating with my school teammates on a project to develop a software solution for the non-profit organization, Inspired. Our goal is to streamline event registration, guest management, and meal planning processes. The software will automate tasks such as guest tracking, dietary preferences, and real-time meal adjustments, while seamlessly integrating with event management tools. This will enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve the guest experience across multiple locations. We are currently in the early stages of gathering requirements and defining specifications, with a working prototype anticipated by the end of April.

I have hands-on experience in data modeling, entity-relationship (ER) diagrams, and database management, which are essential for this project. In my previous work at York University, I analyzed raw data tables, structured them into normalized relational models, and created ER diagrams to represent entity relationships effectively.

While my project was not directly SaaS-based, the fundamental process of structuring and modeling data remains the same. I worked extensively with SQL databases, defining relationships, optimizing data storage, and ensuring efficient data retrieval—skills that directly apply to transforming SaaS API data into structured models.
