Elevate Resiliency seeks to enhance the resiliency of BIPOC women and youth in the GTA.
Our vision is to provide a safe space for BIPOC women and youth to engage in building their capacity for self-actualization.
Through our programming we improve the emotional well-being of radicalized women and youth by increasing their access to consistent caring adults and peers by integrating holistic, culturally relevant strategies to create a platform for our participants to feel healthy, safe and empowered. Our goal is to increase their self-efficacy so that we can reduce the disparities of their oppression and and assist them to make progress towards their personal goals.
We impart practical coping strategies, decision making, financial literacy, promoting healthy lifestyles and encouraging positive health behaviours.
BIPOC women and youth feel a sense interconnectedness with their community and have platform to access a network of supports.

Update HR On-boarding
Our company will be executing onboarding tasks with each new employee and need to create appropriate policies and procedures. We need an online course that will introduce employees to their new roles, take employees through all start-up resources, and provide our HR personnel with standardized documentation through policies and procedures. We would like to automate our onboarding process as we shift into a mainly virtual environment.

Digital Content Marketing Strategy
We would like students to help us with creating a concise effective marketing plan that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Elevate Resiliency seeks to improve the economic security of racialized women and youth by increasing access to wellness and well-being supports, financial literacy and opportunities for economic advancement through building strong communities. Our programs impart practical coping strategies, decision making, financial literacy, promote healthy lifestyles, encouraging positive health behaviours and opportunities for economic development. Ultimately, you will be working on a clear concise marketing strategy for our organization, including possible video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. EDI Training Module
We will be intentionally addressing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and adopting specific steps to implementing an organizational EDI strategy amongst organizations in the B3 sector. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to design trainings. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended training and development areas.

Non-Profit Project Management
We would like to hire a student Intern who will be our Community Development Project Lead. We would like this Intern to manage our current community development projects and research/assist with completing grant applications that support the mission, vision and values of our non-profit. This project will include: Develp work plan with input from managing Directors. Once approved, develop and manage the work plan. New employee (student placement) on-boarding and communications plan Identify potential sponsors, partners and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Improve the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing.
