Hi, I’m Julia Kondratieva, currently a first-year MSc student in Management Practice at York University, specializing in marketing. I hold a BBA in Business Analytics and Finance from the Schulich School of Business. I’m passionate about analytics and strategy and have gained hands-on experience in operations strategy and analytics through internships in the insurance sector, including Manulife. Additionally, I have worked on various Riipen and external projects focused on market research, data analysis, and strategy consulting, which have allowed me to explore diverse industries and sharpen my problem-solving skills.

For over four years, I served as an Accreditation and Curriculum Assistant Lead at the Lassonde School of Engineering, where I honed my skills in data collection, cleaning, and visualization. Alongside my analytics background, I bring a marketing edge through three years of customer service experience and roles as an Amazon Prime Student and Jollibee Brand Ambassador.
