Planetary CARE is in the midst of our global public launch. To support this launch we have an urgent need to update and restructure our website to reach our target audiences. The current website is built in Wordpress and we would like to stay on this platform. We would like to work with students to develop a new website for us. Students should be prepared to: Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review. Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site. This project provides a unique opportunity to shape a critical function with an early-stage, global startup. The student will interface primarily with the Marketing Director, and can expect to collaborate also with the Founder, CEO, COO, and others.

Software Development

At Koble, we have created a better and easier way to find and buy concert tickets! We would like to design functionality across our products that benefits the user experience and is aligned with our vision, mission, and slogan: " Connecting Fans with Bands ". You will be working to develop and improve our software and add features based on our outlined plan. This will involve learning the Koble codebase and adding custom functionality.

Website Development (integrate Ticketmaster API & search bar)

At Koble, we have created a better and easier way to find and buy concert tickets! We have created an app which provides this functionality. Now we would like to extend this functionality to our website, so users can find concerts and buy tickets using any platform. Students should be prepared to: Modify the existing company website (kobleinc.com) to provide additional functionality for users to find concerts and buy tickets. Implement features on the WordPress website according to a website development plan.

Shopify App Development

The primary objective of this project is to develop a cutting-edge Shopify app called SEOContentGenius.com that harnesses the power of generative AI to enhance the quality of product descriptions for e-commerce stores. This app aims to improve content optimization, save time for merchants, and create engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions to enhance online visibility. The project will focus on seamlessly integrating product data extraction from Shopify stores, OpenAI API, and Shopify app development to provide a comprehensive solution for store owners to generate and manage unique product descriptions with minimal manual effort. Students will be required to sign NDAs.

Web Development

The main goal for the project is to develop and improve react-based (or Next.js/Astro.js, etc.) websites. This may involve frontend web development, backend web development, using REST APIs to gather data from 3rd party sources, interacting with cloud databases, and setting-up/modifying authentication and payment systems. We are looking for people who have at least one of the following specialties/interests: Frontend React (or similar) development Backend Node.js (or similar) development Using REST APIs to interact with cloud databases (e.g. Supabase) Setting-up/modifying authentication & payment processing (e.g. Stripe) Examples of projects include: Modifying a corporate website Implementing new functionality to an existing webapp (auth, database, dashboard of information, etc.)

The main goal for the project is to develop and improve react-based (or Next.js/Astro.js, etc.) websites. This may involve frontend web development, backend web development, using REST APIs to gather data from 3rd party sources, interacting with cloud databases, and setting-up/modifying authentication and payment systems. UI/UX Web Design and React Web Development

The main goal for the project is to develop and improve react-based websites. This may involve design work for website UI (this is the main focus, including creating Figma designs), frontend and backend web development, and other product development efforts. We are looking for people who have at least one of the following specialties: Web Design Frontend development Backend development Examples of projects include: Designing new webpages for existing software products Creating new software software products, integrating AI services

Business Plans, Financial Forecasts, and/or Full-Stack Web Dev

The goal of this project is to assist with the start of a new software consumer product. This will be an exciting project for students to be involved in areas such as one or more of the following: Developing a business plan, including competitor research, SWOT analysis, etc. Creating financial forecasts Software developing on a React/Next.js-based platform, including interacting with 3rd party services using REST interfaces
