PROJECT SCOPE 2 individual positions available The project will be executed in phases and students will be able to complete it asynchronously while meeting project milestones. This is a great project for someone looking to get experience in a fast-paced tech start-up environment with our sales department. Phase 1: Training Phase (about 5 hours) Students will be provided with all the background information and training in terms of the project outline and deliverables over the course of their time with us. Areas focused aligns with our project and will focus on Tech sales including areas like potential client research, potential partner research, potential competitors, updating databases, and how to contact them. Phase 2: Project Execution Phase (about 70 hours) We want you to investigate our potential clients, potential partners, potential competitors, and make the first point of contact. You will be in contact with the CEO and COO for any information and we will provide all current data for review. Focus may include, but is not limited to: Competitor research and analysis Potential client research, database updates, and initial contact Potential business partners and analysis The final project deliverables will be reports detailing clients, partners, and competitors with your contact notes. The report should include: Detailed report on your process journey of potential partners, clients, and competitors. If and what contact was made with potential partners, clients and competitors. This includes identifying the unique attributes of the potential partners, clients, and competitors. Through this campaign, we hope to increase our potential partners, clients, and knowledge of our competitors. The submission would be submitted in an arrangement discussed and agreed upon with the students and COO. Phase 3: Integration of project data with current platforms, practices, and team (about 5 hours) For the wrap-up of the project, the CEO, COO, and their executive assistant will closely with the students in the best integration of project data to continue for the information to continue to be utilized successfully in our platforms and practices by the team.
