Nikita was wonderful to have on my project. From the time I interviewed her I was confident that she was the type of person who is very eager to learn, even if she's learning something brand new. She showed great initiative during the project, and took it upon herself to read extra articles and research how to use my email marketing software that was used in the project. She quickly learned how to use it, and created funnels that will allow me to launch my online course. She even gave me some great ideas on how to use tags, and segments in my software, and summarized it all in an article. I highly recommend working/hiring Nikita because of her eagerness to learn new things, and her jumping right in and doing what's needed to learn something new. That is a skill that cannot be taught-one just has that skill as part of who they are.
