Bridget founded and is currently leading Care/Of where she's building team learning programs that help remote teams stay connected, collaborate, and perform better. The workshops are built through an arts and culture lens utilizing tried and true organizational psychology principles.
Bridget is an experienced artistic curator, director and leader who has worked at and with many of Toronto's major cultural institutions. She has long been dedicated to creating and producing artistic experiences of all kinds, from intimate one-on-one encounters to large-scale festivals. Bridget has worked to shape scores of events at the City of Toronto, Sofar Sounds, Harbourfront Centre, and elsewhere, and has produced events at numerous institutions in Toronto including The Corporation of Massey Hall & Roy Thomson Hall, the Aga Khan Museum, Canadian Stage, and the Royal Conservatory of Music.

Virtual Internship Opportunity: Marketing
Care/Of is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 1-2 marketing students, depending on the student's hour requirements. We are looking for someone who is digital savvy, has unique ideas for marketing strategy, and is excited about working on a new online initiative for a small consulting start-up in the learning and development space. The internship will consist of three main areas: DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY Strategic Social Media Marketing - Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or other current communication channels; develop and implement strategies for improving our online presence and increasing engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media and blog posts. Marketing will focus on raising awareness of our new online learning workshop program. SEO Strategy & Recommendations - Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility; increase our inbound traffic and optimize the customer journey; increase inbound leads. PUBLIC RELATIONS Public Relations - Develop and implement a PR strategy; create collateral, including press releases, user testimonials, case studies, and customer stories. MARKET RESEARCH Market research - Review competitor's pricing and marketing strategies, assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors, and make recommendations that will improve our market position to attract the target market segment. Identify key messaging for existing services together with the ideal target market. Prospecting Strategy - Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations for further market penetration; assess our current outreach process and develop and implement targeted prospecting; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Strategic Social Media Marketing - For the student(s) to help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand through compelling content. Market Research - For the student(s) to help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our target sector/customer. Public Relations - For the student(s) to help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience. Prospecting Strategy - For the student(s) to help us implement better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales team's performance. SEO Strategy & Recommendations - For the student(s) to help us generate more traffic and revenue through search engines. Other duties the student may complete could include : (indicate other duties as exemplified below) Assist with outbound email marketing campaigns as needed; measure and report on performance of these campaigns using tools such as Hubspot and Mailchimp. Social Enterprise B-Corporation Certification Plan
Our business Care/Of was built with social good at the foundation of everything we do. We're interested in becoming a B-Corp and are looking for help developing a plan of how to get there! To achieve B-Corporation certification, our company must receive a minimum score on social and environmental performance. This is an online assessment that is overseen by the independent body that certifies B-Corporations (the B Lab). The assessment covers our entire operations and measures our impact in governance, workers, community, the environment, as well as our products and services. We also must integrate sustainability commitments to stakeholders into our governing documents.

Video Marketing Production
We want to set our organization apart from the competition with a vibrant, compelling sales video. We would like students to script, produce, and edit a video highlighting our company's products and services and encouraging leads. This video will be used on the main page of our website to captivate prospects and show off the fun, lively nature of our services and products.
