This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the behind-the-scenes processes that drive the success of a luxury brand focused on high-end jewelry, inspirational storytelling, and exclusive intellectual communities. Responsibilities: Manage and track email communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional correspondence. Transfer LinkedIn connections to the email database and maintain accurate contact records. Assist in the organization and monitoring of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Maintain detailed records of project progress and provide regular updates to the team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline business operations. Research and identify potential partnerships or business opportunities aligned with the brand’s vision. Support administrative tasks related to business development and project management. What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project Manager - Immersive Boutique for A High End Jewelry Brand - Phase I
The main goal for the project is to open the first immersive jewelry boutique in Montreal and in downtown Montreal for March 2025. This will involve several different steps for the project, including: - Researching and planning the design and layout of the immersive jewelry boutique. - Setting up the physical space for the boutique, including logistics, staffing, and inventory management. - Research maarket and business plan for investors. - Reaching out and conducting meetings with investors and sponsors. - Brainstorming and executing the first stages of every aspect of the boutique. LA GAZETTE Editor in Chief Project & SEO Editor
The main goal for the project is to reach a larger audience that aligns with DE MONT 's values and sees itself in the short stories published on LA GAZETTE (the brand's blog). The short stories published are 100% anonymous and truly experienced by its author. Additionally, the goal is to reach 100,000 visitors per month on the website and to convert readers (from LA GAZETTE) into customers (to DE MONT). This will involve several different steps for the editor in chief, including: - Collaborating with the DE MONT team to understand the brand's core values and the type of stories that align with the brand. - Developing a content strategy for LA GAZETTE that includes the themes of love series, the entrepreneur's diary, and ups and downs. - Setting up and executing the editorial calendar. - Managing the creation of bonus articles about jewelry in general and the DE MONT brand. - Implementing a detailed strategy to generate leads and convert readers into customers.
