I appreciate the opportunity to work on the DEI Assessment Tool Automation project. As my first experience in this area, it was a valuable learning opportunity, and I gained important insights throughout the process. One key takeaway for me was the importance of clear communication, and I recognize that I could have asked more questions to ensure a better understanding. I realized that having written guidelines outlining the objectives, expectations, and structure of tasks would help ensure better alignment and efficiency.
