Michelle's work on the How-To Guide for the Employee Inclusion Assessment was truly exceptional. She demonstrated a deep understanding of the complexities of inclusion and translated that knowledge into a clear, actionable resource. The guide is thoughtfully structured, providing step-by-step instructions and practical insights that empower organizations to assess and improve their inclusion efforts effectively.

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle on the development of our (MVP) web app, starting from the very first lines of code. She quickly became an integral part of the team, not only because of her technical skills, but also because of her collaborative spirit and eagerness to grow. Michelle consistently demonstrated a level of competency and initiative that exceeded typical internship expectations. She communicated effectively with our back-end developers, and sought feedback proactively—both from me and her teammates—which accelerated her professional development. That kind of curiosity and openness is a rare and valuable trait in any team member. What impressed me most was her genuine passion for software development. It’s clear she loves what she does.
