Synclusiv Inc. is preparing to launch a new website that integrates both e-commerce and e-learning platforms. As part of this launch, it is crucial to ensure the protection of data and intellectual property from potential cybersecurity threats. The project aims to conduct a comprehensive cybersecurity and privacy analysis to identify vulnerabilities and develop a strategic plan to mitigate risks. Learners will apply their knowledge of cybersecurity principles to assess the current security posture, identify potential threats, and recommend solutions. The project will involve evaluating existing security measures, researching best practices in cybersecurity, and proposing enhancements to safeguard sensitive information. The goal is to create a robust security framework that aligns with industry standards and ensures the privacy and integrity of Synclusiv Inc.'s data.

Marketing and Communications
The goal of this project is to contribute to the planning and execution of Synclusiv’s Marketing and Communications (MARCOM) strategy, enhancing the organization's brand presence and engagement across multiple channels. The intern will focus on creating and refining digital and print content, including managing updates to the website, drafting newsletters, and designing marketing materials such as 1-pagers and templates. Additionally, the intern will support initiatives related to Synclusiv’s podcast, social media campaigns, and speaking engagements, as well as help foster partnerships aligned with the company’s mission of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplaces. This experience aims to provide the intern with practical skills in integrated marketing communications, content development, and strategic outreach while contributing meaningfully to Synclusiv’s impact and growth.

Strategic Growth Plan for Synclusiv Inc.
Synclusiv Inc. is facing challenges in expanding its business due to the current geopolitical climate, which has created a backlash against Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive business development strategy that enables Synclusiv to continue its growth trajectory while navigating these external pressures. Learners will analyze market trends, assess potential risks, and identify opportunities for Synclusiv to strengthen its market position. The project will involve researching successful strategies employed by similar companies and adapting them to fit Synclusiv's unique context. By the end of the project, learners will have created a strategic plan that outlines actionable steps for Synclusiv to enhance its business development efforts without compromising its commitment to DEI.

Employee Inclusion Assessment Reporting Tool Automation
The main goal for the project is to support the automation of Synclusiv Inc.'s employee inclusion assessment reporting tool. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Understanding the current employee inclusion assessment tool and its manual processes. - Identifying areas within the tool that can be automated to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Developing software or tools to automate the assessment process. - Testing the automated tool and making necessary improvements based on feedback.
