Working with Aparna was challenging due to her lack of communication beyond our initial meeting. Despite opportunities to connect, she did not reach out with updates, questions, or concerns, which prevented us from understanding any difficulties she might have encountered or offering support. The quality of her deliverables was difficult to assess given the absence of interaction, and this stood out negatively as it limited collaboration. I’d encourage her to engage more actively to enhance her learning and project outcomes.
